Join the official open-source release of FloodAdapt, a decision-support tool designed to accelerate flood adaptation planning. FloodAdapt combines rapid, physics-based compound flood modeling with detailed impact assessments in a user-friendly system. With FloodAdapt, you can create and evaluate meaningful “what-if” scenarios—exploring different combinations of weather events, future conditions, and adaptation strategies. The tool then generates high-quality flood and impact maps, along with clear metrics that support planning, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
In this webinar, we’ll introduce FloodAdapt, demonstrate how it works, and explain how you can begin using it in your own community. Because FloodAdapt is built to serve a wide range of users, you’ll also hear perspectives from speakers representing national and local governments, the research community, and practitioners working directly with communities.
